It's Going to be a Good Year!
I'm so happy to see 2012 come! This year is going to be a year filled with peace and hope. When reading in the story of Peter walking on the water to our Lord, I really gave thought to what this story was about. I realized Jesus was saying if I stay focused on Him, and not the problems around me, then I don't need to worry. His peace will be in my heart, no matter the circumstances surrounding me. When I take my eyes off Him and look at all the problems in the world, that is when I start to sink - just like Peter did. I know I don't have to worry, it's just a bad habit I need to break. Yes, 2012 is going to be a very good year, indeed.
